Project Management:

Once awarded the job, our project & sales management team will engage in a pre-construction meeting with the client to ensure the scope & timeline reflect the customers expectations. Over the course of the project, the site will be managed and monitored by project supervisors, managers & site foremen to enforce industry performance standards, city ordinance adherence & safety guidelines. Project managers are available for weekly progress meetings as well as progress reports. Our service & sales team will conduct final punch walks with the client to ensure a strong project finish.
