Project Management

1st Impressions offer project management services for clients undergoing full interior rehabs who don't have in house project managers. 90% of our clients take on this option because our small fee allows them to save big and generate the same results. Our project managers communicate effectively. We provide schedules so everyone involved is on the same page and ready for move in day. We inventory kits that are delivered and see the full interior rehab through to completion.
